Cost & Payment
The process is initiated with a consultation with the surgeon. This can be performed in person, via telephone, or Skype at your leisure. Initial consultation fee is $250. Once the fee is received by our office, we will reserve your time with the doctor. This fee covers the initial consultation, usually an hour, and also gives you cell phone access to the surgeon and the anesthesiologist. This is a life changing surgery. We want to be there for you every step of the way to reassure you and answer questions. If you move forward with surgery, we will credit this fee back to your total surgical cost.
Surgical fees quoted are all inclusive. There are no hidden fees. The price you are quoted accounts for the surgery it self, the team that will take care of you round the clock the day of surgery, anesthesia services, nursing services, etc. We can keep the price low for you as we perform the surgery in our own private surgical suite. We shield you from outrageous markups charged when surgery is performed at a hospital. Our suite is held to hospital level standards. We are certified by AAAASF as well as the Florida State Board of Health. Your anesthesiologist and your surgeons are board certified and fellowship trained at such esteemed institutions as Yale, Northwestern, and Temple Universities.
Prices vary based on the surgery performed. Please call Anne at the office for a quote. Half of the total cost is required at the time you book surgery in order to reserve your time in the operating room. Accounts must be settled in full at least 1 week prior to surgery. Fees are non-refundable.
Payment should be in the form cash, cashier’s or bank check, health care credit cards, or money order. No personal checks or personal credit cards are accepted for surgery.
