Procedure: With or Without Scrotal Skin Sparing

Results

Some patients are unsure of whether or not they ever want full male to female surgery. These patients have both elected for scrotal skin removal at the time of orchiectomy. Should they elect to complete their transition, this loss of scrotal skin poses no problem whatsoever.
